Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract any location data from website images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites
Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they can’t change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.
What rights do you have over your data?

What rights do you have over your account and subscriptions?
If you have an account on this site with any kind of subscription, that subscriptions can not be altered in any way by AV Computer Services. In the event that your payment get declined AV Computer Services reserve the right to disable or close your account. You can also request to cancel all your subscriptions, what we will not do is change or alter in any way your subscriptions to add or remove any other service, is your responsibility to maintain your subscription.
If you cancel early an subscription, your service will be available until the date service was paid. If you cancel a service and then buy a new one or more services, the canceled service will be available until date service was paid, and the new service or services will count as a new recurrence subscription until you cancel the new service or services.
